Today I finished setting up blogging via my iPhone so I will be able to post to my site when I’m on the go. This will allow for more blog posts.
Been pretty tired lately since I quit drinking caffeine again. It just makes me too irritable and scatter brained when I drink it. I love the taste of all energy drinks, especially anything mocha flavored, and diet soda is like a treat to me, but I do notice a significant difference in the way I think without it. Plus anything that gives you withdrawels and cravings is obviously a drug. I’ve been feeling the same way about sugar lately. Sugar gives you withdrawels and cravings like a drug, which is strange to me. I remember reading that if sugar were introduced into the market today, it would not pass the FDA. Which is odd because the FDA approves anything. Even things like Alli which makes you shit your pants in front of your friends for a pound of weight loss a week… “with diet and exercise” of course.
Sugar is bad, but how bad? Most people may not know that back in the 1930′s a German biochemist named Dr. Otto Warburg made a couple of discoveries that won him two Nobel Prizes. First he discovered that the primary cause of cancer was inadequate cell respiration (not enough oxygen in the cells). Cancer prefers a low oxygen environment. Second he discovered that cancer thrives on glucose (sugar) fermentation in the body. Cancer thrives on sugar.
