Upgraded the wheels on my car a week ago since I had to replace the tires anyway.
Desperately need to have the car lowered now. Then I look at my bank account and I get sad.
I only have two more pounds to lose until I will have lost 30 pounds! Woot!
Today I am starting a daily regiment of Phosphatidylserine and Ginko Biloba.
Either my brain is going to work better or it’s going to throw up inside of my skull.
Let’s see what happens.
So far I have lost 27 pounds. I have gone from 218 to 191.
My blood pressure is now back down to normal levels. Suprise suprise.
PS – Mentos gum sucks.
Update: Blood pressue is now 112/73! Used to be 161/91 average.
I just tried wheatgrass juice for the first time. Interesting. Gave me a little energy and tickling in my chest. Besides the grass flavored burps, that’s about it.
Sitting at ECS getting a low carb shake. Tattoos are played out. Gotta look up shot-o-B12.

Mejin graduated from UW on Saturday. I am very proud of her for sticking it through. Most people would go crazy from the traffic plagued commute to, and from, Seattle every day. Kudos!
Pictures are in my Photo section.
I’m surprised that I have gone this long without hearing about this story since this took place over 50 years ago. Apparently it is a true story…
It’s about that time to reset my website and start over fresh. I hope you like the new design.
